By using Gemstone products and projects, you agree to the following terms:- Projects are developed by volunteer community members, and users are solely responsible for their use cases and applications. The T3 Foundation and T3 Gemstone developers cannot be held liable.
- Open-source works can be freely used, modified, reproduced, and distributed. Users are responsible for license compliance, and modified projects must include attribution to T3 Foundation Gemstone Project as required by Apache 2.0.
- T3 Gemstone is a registered trademark, with all intellectual property rights belonging to the Turkish Technology Team Foundation.
- The sale or export of products developed using Gemstone projects is subject to applicable national laws.
- For products developed by third parties using Gemstone, the T3 Foundation, T3 Gemstone developers, and Community Members bear no responsibility - liability rests solely with the product developer.
